NOLA BY MOUTH: Airs on Wednesday at 4:30PM and Saturday at 9:30PM. Host Amy Sins shows us the best sides of New Orleans food culture, focuses on current events and brings interesting personalities to the table (pun intended). This week, Amy talks with Chef Stephan Daigle from The Irish House and author Michael Allen Zell about the Bloomsday event at The Irish House this Thursday at 6PM. Find out about the scholarly holiday and what food/drink you can imbibe in while listening to some of the best literary talents New Orleans has to offer reading from James Joyce’s tome.
